Loved our beach front room. The reception went out of their way to help with taxis from the airport and to help us have a restful stay. we explored agonda, palolem and some remote beaches further south all by bike and feel Patnem was the best location and vibe. Sunbeds available outside on beach and sunset is directly in front (not at angle) loved how the dogs and cows interact with the beach and bars...

Om shanti lives up to its name. Quiet, friendly, good service ( money change, taxi), safe, the staff was taking care excellently and always ready for a little talk. Good food and coffee available all day, served wherever you want. The garden with the huts gives a cosy atmosphere so you can sit on the veranda and feel like it is a small village. Now I onderstand why people seem to come back to this place every year. I will do too! Thank you for making our stay so beautiful. Modita

Om Shanti is in a perfect position at Patnem beach - next to the street with all the shops an easy access and right on the beach. Great staff and excellent restaurant with good choices and very reasonable prices. We had one of the new deluxe rooms behind the chalets - all modern and bright with quiet aircon . Comfortable huge bed and walk in shower/wetroom. Room was serviced every other day when we asked. Water tea and coffee provided and a fridge.

Nice comfortable bed with nets for mosquitoes and air-conditioning+fan! Good warm shower as well. Nice bar/restaurant and sunbeds.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt very pampered. Om Shanti is on the beach and my room was a 25ft walk to the beach's golden sands. They have beach beds to lie on while sunbathing after a dip in the Arabian Sea. The restaurant overlooks the beach, so you can eat while watching the ocean. The food was quite good with the treat being the evening tandoori fish while watching the setting sun.

I must stay it was a fabulous stay I had. I was on a solo trip. Entire Staff and management are very friendly. The room is very clean if you are looking for a peaceful stay it’s a must visit as it has access to the beach once you step out of ur room. I want to specially thank Ulhas for his hospitality he has been really kind in extending all the help. Nanu who takes care of the property is also very friendly and helpful. They have a private shack just outside the property. I will definitely recommend this property be it for solo, couple, friends and family. Worth every penny I spend.

The position on Patnem Beach is excellent for choice of eating and shops. Om Shanti have live music evenings twice a week generally on a Sunday and a Wednesday which creates a great atmosphere.

A very comfortable stay on a beautiful beach. The rooms, although relatively basic, are perfectly adequate and are essentially what a beach stay is all about. The hosts and their staff were all very friendly, the food was tasty, complementary sun beds are provided and an airport taxi was arranged for us at the end of our stay. A very big thank you to you all.

Location was superb, the staff went out of their way to please, the food was good and reasonable and the bed very comfortable. Nanu and his brother were extremely helpful in every way and we had one of the most relaxing weeks we have ever had on holiday.

Beautiful location, very comfy bed, staff helpful at all times. I see a lot of reviews mentioning problems with the shower; I almost always managed to have a hot shower, but I had to leave the water running a long time first (and just the hot tap). I would happily stay again.
